Sibel Elhan

owner and director

Sibel is the owner and director of BioCell Cosmetic Clinic, as well as a certified Cosmetic Nurse and Nurse Injector. After working in busy cosmetic clinics in both Melbourne and Sydney, Sibel wanted to create a space where everyone has the opportunity to become the best version of themselves.


Specialising in PRP for both hair regrowth and skin rejuvenation, Sibel endeavours to provide the highest level of care in a comfortable environment. Her friendly personality, authenticity and dedicated care make her feel more like a trusted friend than a treatment provider. She ensures that her patients achieve their desired short-term and long-term goals by recommending holistic cosmetic treatment plans.


In her spare time, Sibel loves adventures in nature with her husband and two adorable toy poodles.

Dr Kenneth Heah

MBBS

Dr Ken completed medicine at the University of Adelaide and started working as an Emergency Doctor. After getting married, Dr Ken relocated to Sydney & started to practice in cosmetic medicine alongside some general practice, working passionately in both. Dr Ken describes how he finds a harmonious balance between using the analytical & methodical left brain with his artistic right brain in his everyday life in his GP & cosmetic practices.


Having attended conferences & courses around the world including Korea, Thailand & locally in Australia, Dr Ken understands the cosmetic preferences of a multiracial society in Sydney. 

 

He is proficient in various Cosmedical Procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, thread lifts, medical IV nutrition, PRP and various minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.

 

While pursuing his passion in healthcare, Dr Ken has also explored the field of building biology as a side interest – explaining that while we can be physically fit & look good with cosmetic procedures, we also need a healthy home to enjoy our life with our family.

Maddy Cormie

Maddy is a Registered Nurse who completed her Bachelor of Nursing at the University of New England in Armidale. She has been working as a nurse for 7 years predominately within regional NSW with background experience in Mental Health, Aged Care and General Practice.

 

During her years of nursing, Maddy has developed a great interest and passion for cosmetic therapies and decided moved to Sydney to fulfill her dream in achieving these goals. She loves creating and maintaining a trustworthy relationship with patients and working together to achieve the best possible cosmetic outcomes whilst still maintaining natural beauty.

 

Maddy loves spending time with friends and family, reading, going out for a dance and eating out at new restaurants all around Sydney.

Michaela Cannon

Michaela completed her Bachelor of Nursing (Advanced Studies) at the University of Sydney, with over two years prior study in the field of medical science with a focus on anatomy and physiology.
 
Her passion for science and health fuels her inquisitive nature, and she loves continuous and ongoing learning. Michaela developed an interest in cosmetic therapies long before university, and this was strengthened during her time studying nursing. She values her relationship with patients, attention to detail, and improving the confidence of every patient she sees.
 
Michaela loves vegan food, heavy lifting at the gym, and animals.

Natasha Bari

With over 5 years working in the Aesthetics industry, Natasha is our talented Cosmetic Tattooist, specialising in Scalp Micro-Pigmentation and Hairline Feathering. She has a passion for helping her patients look and feel their best and understands the importance of positive self-image, having been through a hair loss journey her-self.
 
While the hair loss journey can be a long and difficult one, Natasha loves to be able to provide alternative options and immediate results to those struggling with alopecia. She has a friendly and genuine personality, which shines through her work. Her empathetic nature, due to her past struggles, lets her patients know that they are not alone in their journey and she is as equally rewarded when they see their final results. 
 
Natasha is a social butterfly who enjoys going out for a good meal with friends. She is a very family-orientated person, coming from a large family, and has a passion for sports cars. 

Chelsea Cowden

Chelsea is a Registered Nurse who completed her Bachelor of Nursing in Northern Ireland. Since moving to Australia, she has pursued her career in Cosmetic Nursing, furthering her knowledge with extensive training and gaining experience working in busy cosmetic clinics.
 
She is an advocate of self-care and has a passion for collaborating with and empowering others to care for themselves and embrace their confidence. She believes in promoting subtle enhancements to natural features to help her patients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes and feeling confident in their own skin. She strives to ensure patient satisfaction and her attention to detail have resulted in patient comfort and optimal treatment results. She will be sure to make you feel comfortable the moment you meet!
 
Chelsea loves socialising with friends, having a cheeky G&T, going for beach walks and travelling.
